When the blue flag flying on our beaches, it's because they fulfill, at least, the following requirements:

Presence of drinkable water
Showers and toilets without detergents
We do not allow entry of vehicles
Uncontrolled camping is not allowed
We do not allow pet entry
The sea waters are clean and tested regularly
There are Environmental programmes and Environmental Education Information
There is a sand cleaning and waste collection.
There are monitoring services, rescue and first aid
There are easy and safe access for all citizens
Signaling systems exist and respect for the law of costs
